Experience

Minimum 8 years post qualification experience in medium and large industrial establishments of reputed companies in manufacturing/ process/petrochemical/energy sector in the following areas:

·  Compensation & Performance Management

·   Knowledge of various labour laws & Implementation of labour welfare measures.

·   Knowledge of Industrial Relations.

·   General administration & welfare functions and liaison with statutory authorities

·   Fluency in Hindi speaking & Writing.

· Work experience in brown / green field projects or Industrial Establishment will be preferred.

 

Job Functions

Will lead HR activities of the Projects  and be responsible for the implementation of HR policies, process & various statutory & non-statutory compliances
